This volume of 14 songs by E. Olwen Jones is a combination of unison and two part songs for young people. Amongst the songs, there are arrangements of folk songs from Cuba and the Philippines, together with songs that imitate the musical rhythm of South America and the Caribbean.

This collection is a comprehensive resource with songs that are also suitable to use as a basis for cross-curricular work in History or Geography. The songs are not too difficult for the children and present a variety of styles. There is also an opportunity to add untuned or tuned percussion instruments to the accompaniment.
